Maintenance Officer at Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited – Epe, Lagos
Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is recruiting a Maintenance Officer in Epe, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair electrical fixtures, lighting, plumbing and water-supply systems within authorised competence.
- Monitor air conditioning, ventilation, generators and related facilities; arrange specialist servicing when required.
- Conduct preventive inspections of guest rooms, public areas, furnishings, doors and fittings.
- Record repairs, escalate hazards and coordinate contractors and safety measures.
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and report work completed, pending and recurring faults.
Requirements
- At least SSCE with relevant technical training or trade certification.
- Practical knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems; familiarity with air conditioning, pumps and generators.
- Experience in hotel or building maintenance is an advantage.
- Dependability, safe repair skills, problem-solving, communication and ability to work independently.
Salary
₦100,000 monthly.
