Male Storekeeper at Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited – Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State

Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is recruiting a Male Storekeeper in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, to oversee hotel inventory, deliveries, stock records and safe storage. The role reports to the Accountant, Purchasing Manager or General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and check quantities, specifications, quality and expiry dates against authorised documents.
• Record incoming goods and report damages, shortages and discrepancies.
• Store food, cleaning chemicals, beverages and supplies securely and hygienically, using FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
• Issue supplies only against approved requisitions and capture staff signatures.
• Maintain stock cards, inventory records and daily stock movement and reconciliation.
• Carry out stock counts, investigate variances and minimise loss, theft, waste and stockouts.
• Track expiries, identify damaged or slow-moving goods and report disposal requests.
• Coordinate approved requisitions with kitchen, restaurant, bar, housekeeping and accounts teams.
• Monitor minimum stock levels, raise purchase requests and support audit documentation.

Requirements

• At least SSCE or another relevant qualification; inventory/stores training is an advantage.
• Previous storekeeping experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality operations.
• Sound numerical, stock-control, documentation and organisational skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and stock management software skills.
• Integrity, accountability, communication and ability to work independently.

Salary

₦120,000 monthly.
