Careers Verified is recruiting Field Marketing Executives in Abuja and Lagos to promote telecoms services, win new customers and support sales growth through face-to-face engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Promote mobile, broadband and related telecommunications services to prospective customers.
• Deliver roadshows, door-to-door campaigns, market activations and other field promotions.
• Build customer relationships and explain product features, pricing and current offers.
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.
• Support approved SIM registration, activations and subscription processes.
• Gather market feedback, track competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain daily activity, lead-generation and sales records.
• Coordinate campaigns with the sales and marketing team while complying with company procedures and telecoms regulations.

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, HND or a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in direct marketing, field sales, customer acquisition or telecoms sales is an advantage.
• Confident communication, persuasive selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work outdoors, approach potential customers and meet demanding targets with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
• Basic smartphone skills and ability to submit digital reports.

Performance measures

• Sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.
• New customers acquired, leads converted and products activated or registered.
