Night Shift Records Officer at Standard Specialist Hospital – Tarauni, Kano
Standard Specialist Hospital is recruiting a full-time Night Shift Records Officer in Tarauni, Kano, to manage patient files, electronic medical records and accurate billing.
Responsibilities
- Register patients in the Electronic Medical Records system and organise their records.
- Ensure consultations and treatments are registered and correctly billed, with verified payments.
- Process HMO patients in accordance with coverage and authorisation rules.
- Make patient files available to clinical departments and safeguard sensitive information.
- Prepare daily activity records and assist with statistical reporting.
