Human Resource Generalist Coordinator at EHA Clinics – Kano

EHA Clinics is recruiting a Human Resource Generalist Coordinator in Kano to support staff services, employee engagement, HR records, benefits and workplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle staff and manager enquiries relating to HR policies, benefits, payroll and employee matters.
• Administer employee engagement surveys, especially eNPS, and support feedback-based action plans.
• Coordinate probation reviews, confirmation letters, staff records and HRIS updates.
• Support employee wellbeing initiatives, benefits administration and vendor liaison.
• Maintain confidential, audit-ready HR data and produce dashboards and reports for management.

Requirements

• Two to four years of progressive HR generalist or coordinator experience.
• Experience across at least three of employee support, payroll, benefits, documentation, engagement surveys and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with eNPS, employee lifecycle processes and HRIS or payroll systems.
