Truck Force Supervisor via Ascentech Services Limited – Kano

An undisclosed employer is recruiting a Truck Force Supervisor in Kano through Ascentech Services Limited. The role focuses on commercial truck and bus tyre inspections, tyre-care training and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complete wheel and tyre inspections for trucks, buses and fleet vehicles.
• Inspect scrap tyres, recognise wear patterns and identify faults requiring attention.
• Train customer personnel in practical tyre-care and maintenance procedures.
• Provide tyre product and performance information to the sales team.
• Evaluate tyre service outcomes and report competitor and market observations.
• Lead Truck Force team activities while observing safety standards.

Requirements

• Mandatory hands-on experience maintaining and inspecting commercial truck and bus tyres.
• Experience in tyre service, fleet tyre operations or Truck Force environments.
• Strong understanding of tyre products, performance, wear and scrap tyre inspection.
• Team supervision, problem solving, customer training, reporting and safety skills.
• Experience with tyre manufacturers, distributors, service firms or industrial/OTR tyre operations is an advantage.
