Job Summary
- Operations Lead are responsible for ensuring all operational activities are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for team performance and growth
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee office efficiency.
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecast.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business administration, or any related field (Certification will be an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as an operations Manager or general management specifically in the Information product and Business Consultancy industry.
- Understanding of Digital Product Development and Digital marketing.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Good grasp of Product and Service Ideation and Launch.
- Design thinking capability will be an added advantage.
