Pastry Chef at Domeo Resources International – Utako, Abuja
Domeo Resources International is looking for a Pastry Chef in Utako, Abuja, to produce pastries, cakes, desserts, pizza and shawarma to consistently high kitchen standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake and present pastries, bread, cakes and desserts.
- Make shawarma, pizza and related items as required.
- Contribute new recipes and seasonal menu ideas.
- Monitor product taste, quality, presentation and preparation consistency.
- Maintain clean, organised preparation areas and follow food-safety requirements.
- Track ingredients and kitchen supplies and request replenishment in time.
Requirements
- HND and at least two years of experience as a pastry chef or in a similar kitchen role.
- Hands-on knowledge of baking, pastry production, pizza and shawarma preparation.
- Creativity, attention to detail, resilience under pressure and availability for early shifts.
- Culinary certification is an advantage.
