INTRODUCTION:-
Pastry Chef job opportunity is available at Greenfield HR Consulting Limited for individuals who possess SSCE certificate
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Responsible for preparing all Pastry items for the cafe
- Responsible for baking cakes and other deserts
- Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes
- Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- Minimum of SSCE certificate
- Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred
- 5 – 10 years’ experience as PastryChef
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and process management skills.
