Prohuman Capital Consulting is recruiting a Pharmacist along the Lekki-Epe Expressway in Lagos to dispense medication, advise patients and manage pharmacy compliance and stock.
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing professional pharmaceutical advice, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication.
- Provide patients with guidance on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and storage.
- Maintain proper records of prescriptions and inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards.
- Counsel customers on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy environment.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and confidentially.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Pharmacist license and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in inventory management and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism.
Working Conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service standards.
