Business Development Manager (Healthcare) at Talentforge Solutions Limited – Anthony, Lagos
Talentforge Solutions Limited is recruiting a full-time Business Development Manager in Anthony, Lagos, to develop healthcare-sector business, secure new clients and strengthen partnerships with hospitals, HMOs and other healthcare organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement growth plans to achieve business development and revenue targets.
- Identify, approach and win healthcare clients, including hospitals, HMOs, clinics, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies and other providers.
- Maintain productive relationships with healthcare decision-makers and partners.
- Study market conditions and identify prospective services, clients and growth opportunities.
- Write and present business proposals, conduct negotiations and close deals.
- Work with marketing colleagues on awareness campaigns and new lead generation.
- Record sales activities and client interactions accurately using pipeline and CRM tools.
- Report business development results and performance to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Three to five years as a Business Development Manager in healthcare, including hospitals, HMOs, pharma, medical equipment or health technology.
- Strong knowledge of and professional network within the Lagos healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed commercial targets.
- Effective communication, negotiation, presentation and independent working skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
Salary
₦300,000 per month, plus commission.
