Printing Machines Supervisor at Quantum – Agbara, Ogun
Quantum is hiring a full-time Printing Machines Supervisor in Agbara, Ogun State to manage printing staff, coordinate press operations, enforce quality checks and maintain production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, schedule shifts, and manage press operators, finishers, and bindery staff.
- Machine Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of digital, offset, flexographic, or gravure printing presses. Set up and track preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Review proofs, check color accuracy, and inspect output samples to ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards.
- Workflow & Production Planning: Coordinate print runs, balance workloads, and track schedules to ensure tight deadlines are met.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and order paper substrates, inks, plates, and replacement parts while tracking material waste.
