Talentforge Solutions Limited is recruiting a full-time Procurement Officer in Abuja to source suppliers, negotiate purchases and maintain procurement documentation.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supply of goods and services for our organization in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement at the best value while maintaining good supplier relationships and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and reliability
• Request quotations, compare bids, and negotiate prices and terms
• Compile and issue purchase orders and track deliveries
• Keep accurate procurement records and files
• Track stock levels and coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams
• Keep all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Liaise with vendors and resolve issues relating to delivery, quality, and payment
• Compile regular procurement reports for management

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years experience in procurement or related role
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and Nigerian market
• Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary

N250,000 per month.
