Talentforge Solutions Limited is recruiting full-time Field Sales Representatives in Abuja to visit customers, promote products and pursue daily and monthly sales targets.

Job Summary

• We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our sales team in Abuja.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for selling our products directly to customers, growing our market presence, and meeting daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and visit potential customers within assigned territories in Abuja
• Present and promote products to customers, shops, and businesses
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Collect orders and ensure timely delivery and payment
• Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities
• Keep accurate records of sales, visits, and expenses
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / SSCE with good communication skills
• Previous experience in direct sales or marketing is an advantage but not required
• Must be willing to work on the field full time
• Good knowledge of Abuja routes and markets will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable with basic reporting

Compensation

• Base salary of N150,000 plus commission on sales
• Commission structure will be explained during the interview
