Talentforge Solutions Limited is hiring a Field Sales Supervisor in Abuja to direct field representatives, coordinate sales territories and support business growth.

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and driven Field Sales Supervisor to lead and supervise our field sales team in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing field representatives, and ensuring effective coverage and customer engagement across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate field sales representatives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Assign daily routes and monitor team performance in the field
• Design and deliver sales strategies to increase market share and grow customer base
• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts within Abuja
• Conduct regular field visits to assess performance and support team members
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Keep proper product display, pricing, and brand visibility at sales points
• Oversee customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, expenses, and stock movement

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in field sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of the Abuja market and sales territory management
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Must be physically fit and ready for active field work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting

Salary

N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
