Product Manager – Intelligent Connectivity at inq. Digital Nigeria Limited – Lagos
inq. Digital Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Product Manager – Intelligent Connectivity in Lagos to lead the commercial strategy, pricing and performance of enterprise connectivity products.
Product strategy and development
- Own the Intelligent Connectivity roadmap, aligned with revenue and market-positioning objectives.
- Analyse Nigerian enterprise connectivity customers, competitors, technology developments and portfolio gaps.
- Build investment cases and convert fibre, undersea cable and MPLS infrastructure capabilities into differentiated propositions.
Commercialisation and performance
- Develop pricing models for DIA, MPLS VPN, satellite, SD-WAN, IP/IPLC, LEO and FabricLink offerings.
- Lead go-to-market plans with the Product Sales Specialist (PSS), supporting launch readiness, sales training and commercial handover.
- Review and approve Intelligent Connectivity marketing and sales-enablement materials.
- Track revenue, margins, adoption and churn; produce monthly reports for the Head of I&P.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and escalation contact for Sales, Presales and Customer Support.
- Manage the PSS’s work, priorities and development, and share performance insights with Commercial Intelligence and Planning.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with Network and Engineering on product capabilities and infrastructure investment.
- Identify partner co-selling opportunities with Partner Services.
- Support complex bids and solution design with the Presales Solution Consultant.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of enterprise connectivity, including fibre, microwave, MPLS, IP/MPLS, satellite and SD-WAN.
- Ability to develop commercially sound product roadmaps, pricing and revenue models.
- Strong customer focus, technical credibility and cross-functional influence.
- Disciplined execution, commercial judgement and effective collaboration.
