Solutions Value Manager at inq. Digital Nigeria Limited – Lagos

inq. Digital Nigeria Limited is recruiting a Solutions Value Manager in Lagos to translate its Cloud, Digital and Security capabilities into commercially viable solutions for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales qualification and technical discovery, clarify customer requirements and design integrated enterprise solutions.
• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Prepare accurate technical responses to requests for proposals, quotations and tenders.
• Select suitable products, configurations and delivery models, collaborating with Product Managers to confirm feasibility, pricing and technical approvals.
• Develop solution cost structures and commercial models with the Commercial Intelligence and Planning team, and explain business value to decision-makers.
• Coordinate bid contributions from product, partner and technical teams, and maintain approved templates and reusable proposal materials.
• Review wins and losses and contribute insights, sales playbooks and technical guidance.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related technical discipline.
• Four to seven years of enterprise technology or telecommunications experience in presales, solutions engineering or technical sales.
• Strong knowledge of at least two of cloud infrastructure, UCaaS, enterprise connectivity, cybersecurity or managed services.
• Experience with complex technical proposals, RFP responses, multi-product architectures, commercial cost models and presentations to senior executives.
• Relevant certification, such as CCNP, Azure or AWS Solutions Architect, or CISSP, is strongly preferred.
• Consultative selling, technical credibility, collaboration, presentation, commercial judgement, bid discipline and learning agility.
