Habrams Energy Services is recruiting a Production Technologist III in Lagos to support production optimisation, well and reservoir management and delivery of oil and gas production-improvement opportunities.
- Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Production Technologist III to support production optimisation, well and reservoir management, and the maturation and execution of production improvement opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate well completion designs, including artificial lift, sand control, perforation and smart well designs.
- Lead Well, Reservoir and Facility Management (WRFM) activities and production system optimisation.
- Drive well performance reviews, production forecasting and identification of production improvement opportunities.
- Lead well intervention, stimulation, remediation and flow assurance activities.
- Coordinate reservoir development studies, Field Development Plans (FDPs) and integrated technical studies.
- Develop technical and economic proposals for well interventions and production enhancement projects.
- Engage with JV partners, regulators, service providers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Production Technologists.
Requirements
- A Degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Significant relevant experience in Production Technology within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrable experience in well completion design, WRFM, production optimisation and well intervention.
- Strong knowledge of artificial lift, sand control, flow assurance and production system modelling.
- Experience in technical studies, opportunity maturation and multidisciplinary team coordination.
- Strong technical leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
