Provider Manager at Oceanic Health Management Limited – Port Harcourt, Rivers State

Oceanic Health Management Limited is recruiting a Provider Manager in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to support its healthcare provider network and maintain effective relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and monitor performance and quality of care.
• Conduct provider visits, engagement activities, onboarding and credential checks.
• Address providers’ concerns and coordinate resolutions.
• Review compliance with service standards and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, claims and customer service teams to improve provider and member experiences.
• Prepare provider network activity and performance reports.

Requirements

• MBBS, B.NSc. or Registered Nurse qualification.
• Two years of relevant healthcare, HMO operations or provider-management experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of healthcare service delivery, relationship management, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Analytical, reporting and communication skills, with willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
