QA / QC Officer at WTS Energy – Lekki

WTS Energy is hiring a full-time QA / QC Officer in Lekki, Lagos, to monitor engineering and construction quality, contractor workmanship and technical compliance.

Quality control responsibilities

• Support ISO 9001-aligned quality systems, procedures and project quality plans.
• Inspect work sites, contractor workmanship and materials against approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs), test reports and handover documentation.
• Raise and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions through closure.
• Participate in audits and investigations, use root-cause analysis and work with engineering and contractor teams to improve quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HND in Quality Management, Construction Management or a relevant technical discipline.
• Four to six years’ QA/QC, site inspection or project quality experience in construction, energy, manufacturing or a similar technical environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ITPs, NCRs, drawings, specifications and inspection records.
• Quality auditing or inspection certification and root-cause analysis experience are advantages.
