Retail Station Manager at Ardova Plc – Benue State
Ardova Plc is recruiting a Retail Station Manager in Benue State to direct safe station operations, customer service, sales and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safe, clean and customer-friendly station operations and uphold product-quality and EHSSQ requirements.
- Deliver station sales and financial objectives, oversee marketing and manage inventory receipts to limit losses.
- Use sales, inventory and profit-and-loss reporting platforms, reconcile cash and expenses, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate station employees, ensure operating procedures are followed and work with stakeholders.
- Protect the station’s customer-service standards and manage relevant non-fuel retail activities.
Requirements
- HND or degree in a relevant discipline.
- Four to five years of work experience, with knowledge of oil and gas retail operations.
- Sales, business development, accounting, inventory and stakeholder-management capability.
- Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, computer skills and time management.
