Sales Executive at HTS Africa – Lagos Island
HTS Africa is hiring a Sales Executive to work on Lagos Island. The position involves acquiring retail, wholesale and individual customers, promoting fashion products, developing repeat business and coordinating accurate order fulfilment.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect for and acquire retail, wholesale and individual customers.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance indicators.
- Promote fashion products, new arrivals and seasonal collections.
- Manage customer relationships and encourage repeat sales.
- Process customer orders and coordinate stock and logistics for timely fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate sales, payment and customer-interaction records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, customer feedback and service issues.
- Report sales performance, competitor activity and market trends, while following company procedures.
Requirements
- OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Sales experience, preferably in fashion, retail or distribution.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work towards targets with limited supervision.
- Good record-keeping and basic proficiency in Excel, Word and WhatsApp Business.
- Honesty, punctuality and a reliable work ethic.
- Availability to work from Lagos Island.
Additional details
- Monthly salary: ₦120,000–₦150,000, negotiable according to experience.
