Salon Operations Manager at an Undisclosed Beauty Company via Peridot Forte – Agungi

An undisclosed beauty and personal care company is recruiting a Salon Operations Manager in Agungi, Lagos, through Peridot Forte Solution Consulting. The role combines day-to-day salon coordination, staff supervision, customer care and business performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily salon operations and maintain efficient service delivery.
• Supervise salon employees, manage work schedules and monitor punctuality, conduct and performance.
• Oversee appointments, respond to customer enquiries and resolve service complaints professionally.
• Monitor revenue, daily sales and operational performance.
• Manage product stock, equipment care, inventory usage and supply replenishment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
• Identify operational issues, improve workflows and produce regular performance and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with salon policies and service standards.

Requirements

• Two to three years’ experience in salon management, hospitality, retail operations or another supervisory setting.
• Demonstrated experience supervising a team and understanding of salon service delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisation, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, sales monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision; proximity to Agungi is strongly preferred.
• A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related discipline is an advantage.
