Finance & Operations Manager at an Undisclosed Cosmetics & Beauty Company via Talent Spur Advisory – Surulere

An undisclosed cosmetics and beauty company is recruiting a Finance & Operations Manager in Surulere, Lagos, through Talent Spur Advisory Limited. The role combines financial reporting, controls and the coordination of day-to-day product distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts, budgets, cash-flow forecasts and reports on revenue, costs and profitability.
• Manage receivables, payables, reconciliations, collections, payroll, remittances and audit preparation.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, warehousing, distribution and order fulfilment.
• Monitor replenishment, stock counts, damages, returns, discrepancies and slow-moving goods.
• Strengthen controls over cash, expenditure, stock and company assets.
• Manage suppliers, analyse operational performance and prepare dashboards with recommendations.
• Improve processes, control costs and coordinate teams to deliver targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant finance and operations experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, distribution or a comparable product business.
• Good financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, internal controls and inventory accounting skills.
• Practical procurement and operational coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; ERP or stock systems familiarity is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analysis, discretion and problem-solving skills; ICAN or ACCA is an advantage.
• Ideally resident in Surulere, Oshodi or a nearby area.

Salary and benefits

₦300,000 per month, plus a KPI-linked performance bonus based on agreed financial and operational objectives.
