Security Supervisor at U3U Security Services Limited – Uyo
U3U Security Services Limited is hiring a full-time Security Supervisor in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Reporting to the Operations Manager or management, the supervisor will coordinate security guards and maintain effective protection at client premises.
Responsibilities
- Manage guard deployments, duty rosters, attendance, punctuality and approved uniforms.
- Inspect posts routinely and without notice, and enforce company security procedures.
- Monitor guard performance, discipline and professional conduct.
- Support access control, client-site protection and prevention of unauthorised entry.
- Investigate incidents, breaches and complaints, recording findings and reporting promptly.
- Oversee shift handovers, site equipment and security training.
- Maintain communication with clients, recognise risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Escalate misconduct, absenteeism, negligence or suspicious activity to management.
Requirements
- OND, HND or equivalent qualification.
- Previous security supervision or operations experience; private-security experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of access control, security procedures and record keeping.
- Strong leadership, integrity, discipline, fitness and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, inspect field posts and manage pressure.
- Residence in Uyo or the surrounding areas.
Performance standards
The role is assessed on effective guard supervision, attendance, incident response, compliance with duty schedules, security-breach prevention and client satisfaction.
Salary
₦100,000–₦120,000 per month.
