Security Supervisor at an Undisclosed Company via Joefelin Resources – Alimosho
A hospitality employer in Alimosho, Lagos is recruiting a full-time Security Supervisor through Joefelin Resources to coordinate guarding, surveillance and premises safety.
Responsibilities
- Allocate guard posts, organise shifts and supervise daily security assignments.
- Train new security personnel in hotel safety procedures, emergency response and guest-service expectations.
- Hold team briefings, track attendance and monitor conduct and presentation.
- Oversee CCTV, alarms and electronic access controls.
- Inspect guest areas, public spaces, car parks and service areas through regular patrols.
- Identify unsafe conditions, damaged locks and fire hazards and coordinate prompt corrective action with maintenance teams.
