Honeywell Technologies is recruiting a Senior Advanced Chemical Engineer for a hybrid position in Ikoyi, Lagos. The role leads chemical engineering teams, delivers advanced process solutions and supports product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the chemical engineering team, establish priorities and align projects with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, construction and implementation of chemical processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments on product and project improvements.
- Provide technical direction, ensure project execution and maintain compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Recruit, mentor and develop team members while supporting succession planning and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a STEM discipline.
- At least five years’ chemical engineering experience.
- Strong leadership, management and technical decision-making skills.
- An advanced degree in Chemical Engineering and experience with process-simulation software are advantages.
