Senior Sales Engineer at Rotation and Precision Machines Limited – Ikeja, Lagos
Rotation and Precision Machines Limited is hiring a full-time Senior Sales Engineer in Ikeja, Lagos, to expand sales of engineering products, industrial machinery components and lubricants.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets and grow assigned industrial market segments and brand portfolios.
- Promote Fuchs lubricants and other industrial supplies through technical, consultative selling.
- Build productive relationships with new and existing industrial customers.
- Assess clients’ technical applications and recommend appropriate products.
- Conduct sales visits and site surveys, prepare technical proposals and support negotiations.
- Protect company pricing position and work towards a minimum 30% gross contribution.
- Track sales performance, customer activity and competitor intelligence in daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain current knowledge of machinery, engineering products and application technologies.
Requirements
- HND or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is an advantage.
- At least five years of corporate B2B direct-sales experience in FMCG, food and beverage or other industries.
- Experience selling machines, spare parts, compressors, pumps, valves, conveyors, bearings or lubricants.
- Proven industrial sales performance, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Commercial judgement, analytical ability, resilience and a practical approach to technical sales.
