Senior Associate – Fundraising and Partnerships at The Restored Heart Foundation – Abuja

The Restored Heart Foundation is recruiting a Senior Associate for Fundraising and Partnerships in Abuja on a renewable contract with hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Identify local and international grant prospects across foundations, development partners and corporate donors.
• Build a funding pipeline and initial six-month fundraising strategy aligned with programmes.
• Write concept notes, proposals, budgets and letters of enquiry.
• Develop corporate, CSR and individual giving opportunities and maintain donor relationships.
• Track grant applications, deadlines, donor requirements and follow-ups, and report progress to management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in fundraising, grants, resource mobilisation or business development in nonprofit or private organisations.
• Record of successful funding proposals or grant awards.
• Excellent research, writing, budgeting, organisation and communication.
• Knowledge of funding sources and donor requirements, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation and contract

Gross monthly compensation is ₦263,000 plus performance-related bonuses for successful grants and fundraising partnerships. Contract renewal depends on performance.
