Senior HR Manager (Manufacturing) via Ascentech Services Limited – Ibadan, Oyo

An undisclosed manufacturing employer is recruiting an on-site Senior HR Manager in Ibadan through Ascentech Services Limited to lead people strategy, plant workforce management and industrial relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR policies and strategies aligned with production and business objectives.
• Lead recruitment, succession planning, onboarding, employee relations and HR team performance.
• Manage grievances, discipline, workplace conflict and constructive communication with staff.
• Engage labour authorities and regulatory agencies including NAFDAC and SON.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian employment law, payroll-related statutory duties and personnel records.
• Monitor turnover, attendance, workforce costs and performance indicators.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Recognised professional HR qualification such as CIPM or CIPD.
• Nine to twelve years’ progressive HR experience, including at least five years in senior HR management.
• Experience managing a workforce of at least 350 employees in manufacturing or a closely related operation.
• Strong industrial relations and labour law knowledge; agro-allied or food manufacturing experience preferred.

Remuneration

Negotiable within the stated ₦1,000,000–₦1,300,000 monthly range.
