Senior Sales Associate at Field Intelligence – Lagos, Lagos State

Field Intelligence is recruiting a Senior Sales Associate in Lagos to grow Shelf Life customer relationships, meet sales targets and support access to healthcare products.

Responsibilities

• Apply Shelf Life’s sales process to develop and exceed quarterly targets.
• Acquire customers and help new clients use Shelf Life services successfully.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales and support account growth and retention.
• Analyse sales trends, maintain accurate customer relationship records and develop new lead sources.
• Coordinate marketing materials, sales education events and channel-development initiatives.
• Work with other Associates on client success, onboarding and problem-solving.
• Mentor new colleagues and report to the National Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Pharmacy or Business Administration.
• Three to five years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, FMCG, financial services or business-to-business selling.
• Experience across both sales and marketing is desirable.
• Strong organisation, communication, customer data management and target-driven working skills.
• Commitment to improving healthcare access in Nigeria.
