Technical Training – Painting & Blasting Instructor at JC International – Port Harcourt
JC International is seeking a Painting and Blasting Instructor in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to deliver theoretical and practical training in industrial coating, surface preparation and abrasive blasting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured practical instruction in industrial painting, abrasive blasting and coating techniques.
- Prepare lessons, demonstrations, workshops and competency assessments.
- Explain coating systems, surface preparation methods, inspection and relevant industry equipment.
- Supervise workshop practice and ensure trainees work safely.
- Assess skills, coach participants and keep accurate training records.
- Maintain workshop facilities and contribute to improving training course materials.
Requirements
- HND, BSc or BEd in a technical discipline.
- At least five years’ relevant experience in painting, blasting, coating or surface preparation.
- Relevant professional or technical certification and practical industrial experience.
- Previous instructing or training experience and excellent coaching skills.
- Strong safety knowledge and clear technical communication.
