HR Officer at H-CUE Catering Services Nigeria Limited – Port Harcourt
H-CUE Catering Services Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time HR Officer in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to coordinate staffing processes, employee records, performance support and workplace policy compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, manpower requests, shortlisting, interviews and staff selection.
- Manage onboarding, induction, attendance and probation administration.
- Maintain confidential employee records and accurate HR information systems.
- Support performance reviews, staff engagement, retention initiatives and exit interviews.
- Address employee concerns and assist line managers with conduct, discipline and conflict resolution.
- Monitor compliance with labour requirements, HR policies and audit documentation.
- Work with colleagues to maintain accurate reports and efficient HR processes.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- At least five years’ HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and HRIS systems.
- Professional HR certification is preferred.
