Truck Driver job opportunity is available at Sweat Works Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Drives truck equipped with dump body to transport and dump loose materials, such as sand, gravel, crushed rocks, coal, or bituminous paving materials.
- Inspect vehicle, track, and log any mechanical problems,
- Defect and eliminate safety hazards during working hours,
- Adhere to all company policies and HSE regulations for safe working procedures and environment,
- Transport blasted rocks from origin to destination in a safe and timely manner
- Cleaned Trucks often and report problems to the mechanic for immediate repairs,
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading equipment are properly positioned
- Inspect tyres, lights, brakes and gas, oil, and water levels
- Follow general orders from foreman, and city and state inspectors.
Experience and qualifications
- Candidates should possess FSLC, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 5 – 15 years work experience.
