Retail Sales Associate at Timekeepers International Limited – Lekki & Sangotedo, Lagos

Timekeepers International Limited is recruiting a full-time Retail Sales Associate to serve customers at its Lekki and Sangotedo locations in Lagos State. The position combines customer service, retail sales, merchandising and after-sales assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, respond to enquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its products.
• Build productive relationships with new and existing customers and encourage repeat purchases through courteous, efficient service.
• Promote sales, strengthen customer relationships and represent the company’s interests professionally.
• Stay informed about the watch, jewellery and accessory brands offered by the company.
• Arrange merchandise and support effective product displays within the store.
• Prepare weekly reports and provide prompt after-sales support.
• Carry out other assigned retail and customer-service responsibilities.

Qualifications and requirements

• BSc or HND qualification.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or provision of an exemption letter.
• Good customer service skills and knowledge of the retail market.
• Retail sales experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills, with the flexibility to handle supervisory and negotiation responsibilities.
• Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications.
• Residence around Lekki, Sangotedo or nearby areas in Lagos.
• Ability to work while standing for long periods.
