Customer Support Officer (Offline State Support) at Moniepoint Incorporated – Ore

Moniepoint Incorporated is recruiting a Customer Support Officer (Offline State Support) in Ore, Ondo State, within Customer Support Operations. The position reports to the Regional Team Lead.

Customer support and service

• Assist walk-in customers and users in WhatsApp groups with service enquiries and technical issues.
• Log all requests accurately, track follow-up actions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues within service timelines.
• Escalate complex problems to the Regional or State Team Lead while following approved scripts and procedures.
• Record customers’ feedback, identify needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Build trust through courteous communication and protect the privacy of customers’ information.

Requirements

• BSc or HND and completed NYSC or a valid exemption/exclusion certificate.
• One to two years’ relevant customer service or support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including WhatsApp group support.
• Empathy, problem-solving ability, collaborative working, accurate record-keeping and commitment to confidentiality.
