Job description
Provide exceptional table service, aiming for 100% guest satisfaction through attentive service, detailed menu knowledge and a polished, professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with a detailed overview of daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them through the POS system.
- Deliver dishes and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times.
Requirement
- Two to three years of relevant experience.
