Responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously and record their orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and keep dining areas tidy.
• Respond professionally to customer questions, requests and complaints.
• Follow food-safety and hygiene standards and handle bills and payments when required.
• Work with the team to support efficient daily service.

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• Good customer-service skills and a neat, courteous presentation.
• Friendly manner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality experience is an advantage.
