Casalavoro Limited is recruiting a Waitress in Abuja to deliver professional table service and support smooth coordination between guests, the kitchen and bar.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus and help customers choose food and beverages.
- Take orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen or bar and serve items promptly.
- Prepare and clear tables while maintaining dining-area cleanliness and hygiene.
- Respond courteously to guest questions, requests and complaints, escalating unresolved matters.
- Check order accuracy, minimise delays and wastage and support colleagues during service.
- Follow operational procedures, food hygiene requirements and other applicable workplace standards.
