Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) is recruiting an Accountant in Akinyele, Oyo.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage our financial transactions, general ledger, and reporting processes.
• You will work with the finance team to maintain accurate records and support regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Record daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budget forecasts and tracking financial performance against goals.
• Tax & Compliance: Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure adherence to local financial policies and accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS).
• Auditing: Organize financial documents and support internal and external audits.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Experience:Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, or FreshBooks.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, tax regulations, and GAAP/IFRS principles.
• Certifications: Professional certification such as a ACA, CPA, CMA, or local equivalent is an added advantage.
• Age: Maximum of 35years

Salary

N250,000 monthly.
