Beaconhill Smile Group is recruiting a Chartered Accountant in Victoria Island, Lagos, to oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, accounting records and tax compliance.

Job Description

• We are seeking a competent, experienced, and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise, professional integrity, and the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective financial management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and review financial statements, management accounts, and periodic financial reports.
• Oversee account reconciliations, revenue records, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor cash flow, expenditure, and budget performance.
• Maintain compliance with applicable tax regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate financial records and effective internal controls.
• Organise internal and external audits.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support management decisions.
• Identify financial discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACA or ACCA).
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance in Nigeria.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• High levels of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Experience in healthcare or a multi-branch organisation will be an added advantage.
