Business Development Executive at Aureole Consulting Limited – Anthony Village

Aureole is recruiting a full-time Business Development Executive in Anthony Village, Lagos, to identify business opportunities across the group, build client relationships and manage the sales pipeline.

Role Summary

• We are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and develop business opportunities across the group’s various businesses.
• The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, articulate, commercially aware, and comfortable engaging clients and representing different business offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and pursue new business opportunities across the group.
• Engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
• Make initial pitches and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and client discussions to drive conversions.
• Research markets and identify potential clients and partnership opportunities.
• Represent the group professionally at meetings, events, and other business engagements.
• Keep an updated pipeline of prospects and provide regular activity reports.
• Work with relevant teams to develop and close business opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in business development, sales, client relations, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with different types of clients.
• Presentable, articulate, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate different products and services.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

Salary

N200,000 – N250,000 per month.
