Accounts Officer at KAAF Specialist Hospital – Yaba, Lagos
KAAF Specialist Hospital is seeking a full-time Accounts Officer in Yaba, Lagos, to handle core accounting records, reconciliations and healthcare receivables, particularly claims involving Health Maintenance Organisations (HMOs).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post standard journal entries and monitor financial transactions.
- Manage HMO claims and receivables, reconcile amounts due and liaise with HMO partners to support timely payment.
- Reconcile accounts payable, bank transactions and other financial records.
- Assist with budgets and participate in financial audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting or Finance and two to three years’ relevant experience.
- Practical experience with HMO claims, reconciliations and liaison in a healthcare environment.
- Good understanding of accounting procedures, financial policies and relevant regulations.
- Strong Excel proficiency and experience with accounting software; Sage ERP is preferred.
- Excellent analysis, communication, accuracy and time management. Proximity to Akoka/Yaba is an advantage; accommodation is not provided.
Salary
₦160,000–₦180,000 per month.
