Accounts Officer via Kiyix Recruitment Hub – Ajegunle, Lagos

An undisclosed FMCG beverage distributor is recruiting an Accounts Officer in Ajegunle, Olodi Apapa, Lagos, through Kiyix Recruitment Hub.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily sales, cash, POS, bank deposits and customer payments.
• Process invoices, receipts and payment vouchers; monitor outstanding customer balances, expenses and petty cash.
• Reconcile sales against stock records, investigate discrepancies and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and liaise with sales, inventory and store colleagues.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• One to three years’ relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, wholesale or distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with strong numerical skills and integrity.
• Applicants living in Ajegunle, Olodi Apapa, Apapa, Amuwo-Odofin, Mile 2 or nearby are preferred.
