Department Manager – Non-Food / Ambient (13 Openings) at Sundry Markets – Multiple Locations
Sundry Markets Limited is recruiting 13 Non-Food and Ambient Department Managers across its Marketsquare locations in Nigeria.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate department operations, product availability, ordering, replenishment and movement of goods from stockroom to shelves.
- Support branch revenue, profit and sales targets, and manage shrinkage from damaged or expired stock.
- Maintain product quality, pricing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Survey markets, share competitive pricing insights and oversee product range, rotation and crew development.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in a relevant discipline; NYSC discharge, exemption or exclusion letter.
- At least four years’ retail experience and experience managing non-food, ambient or grocery categories.
- Strong stock management, margin control, pricing analysis, team leadership and organisational skills.
