Sales Agent (5 Openings) at Polo–Cico Farms and Estate – Five States
Polo–Cico Farms and Estate Limited is recruiting five Sales Agents to cover Port Harcourt, Uyo, Owerri, Abia and Bayelsa, selling agricultural and FMCG products.
Key responsibilities
- Find and develop prospective customers and maintain records for assigned accounts.
- Prepare orders and quotations using approved prices and margins; obtain approval before non-standard discounts or credit.
- Follow up on customer payments, stock availability and deliveries with production, cold storage, packaging and transport teams.
- Track sales performance, demand, route costs, collections and customer feedback.
- Coordinate strategic accounts and report territory opportunities and delivery issues.
Requirements
- HND or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- At least five years’ sales experience in agricultural products such as frozen chicken, catfish and vegetables, or other FMCG products.
- Customer relations, commercial judgement, collection discipline and territory-management skills.
