Aftersales Warehouse Specialist at Linkway Electronics Limited – Ajao Estate

Linkway Electronics Limited is seeking a full-time Aftersales Warehouse Specialist at Eleganza Plaza, Ajao Estate, Lagos, to manage spare parts and service stock.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and document incoming spare parts, replacement components and returned goods.
• Keep the stock register and warehouse management records accurate and current.
• Issue authorised materials to repair technicians and service centres.
• Monitor shortages and replenishment needs and reconcile physical stock counts with records.
• Organise, label and store electronic components securely for easy retrieval.
• Track warranty returns, damaged items and other after-sales movements.
• Coordinate transfers between the warehouse, service centres and relevant departments.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and produce stock movement and loss reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean and accountable warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or OND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supply or a related field.
• One to three years of warehouse or inventory management experience; electronics or after-sales experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of inventory control, reconciliation and stock documentation.
• Competence with Excel and basic computer applications; inventory software experience is an advantage.
• Good organisation, integrity, record keeping, communication and problem solving.

Salary

₦100,000–₦120,000 per month.
