Receiving Manager (Warehouse) at Sundry Markets Limited – Multiple Locations

Sundry Markets Limited is recruiting ten Receiving Managers to supervise goods receiving and warehouse processes at Marketsquare locations across Nigeria. The role ensures that deliveries are checked, documented, stored and reconciled safely.

Responsibilities

• Schedule receiving bays, equipment, staff and supplier delivery appointments.
• Accept deliveries against approved purchase orders and verify quantity, SKU, condition, batch and expiry.
• Document damaged goods, shortages, overages, rejections and other exceptions before acceptance.
• Complete goods-received notes and maintain supporting purchase orders, invoices and discrepancy records.
• Enforce food safety, cold-chain, hygiene and quarantine requirements.
• Arrange timely storage and transfers with a reliable chain of custody.
• Process returns and reconcile supplier credits, unposted receipts and open delivery variances.
• Protect receiving controls and maintain safety, security, audit readiness and receiving-bay housekeeping.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Supply Chain Management or a related subject.
• Minimum four years’ similar warehouse or receiving experience and NYSC discharge, exemption or exclusion documentation.
• Supervisory experience with ERP systems, stock procedures, safety and warehouse security.
• Strong leadership, audit documentation, analysis and problem-solving skills.
