Agency Manager at Brit Properties Nigeria Limited – Port Harcourt, Rivers
Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Agency Manager in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The manager will build, train and guide a real estate sales network while improving brand reach and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, retain and supervise at least four competent unit managers.
- Build and manage a team of at least 20 sales executives.
- Develop sales initiatives, promotional activities and commercial plans to improve agency visibility and revenue performance.
- Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Lead by example in generating monthly sales and monitoring team results.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Three to five years’ relevant work experience.
