Apartment Manager at an Undisclosed Serviced Apartment via FMR Agency – Agbor, Delta
An employer is hiring a full-time Apartment Manager for a serviced apartment in Agbor, Delta State, through Future Moves Recruitment Agency. The role oversees day-to-day accommodation operations and guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage reservations, guest check-ins, check-outs and enquiries.
- Ensure accommodation is clean, maintained and ready for visitors.
- Supervise housekeeping and other support employees.
- Handle complaints and resolve guest-service issues professionally.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance and monitor supplies and inventory.
- Track expenditure, maintain operational records and prepare management reports.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures.
Requirements
- OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel management, apartment operations, hospitality or similar work.
- Strong customer-service, communication, organisational, supervisory and problem-solving skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, professionalism and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and willingness to live on the property when required.
